About Me

At times, our lives and relationships can become difficult or perhaps we do not feel content and we don’t know why.

Meeting with a counsellor will offer a space in which to talk about difficult thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential and welcoming environment.

I have been practicing for 8 years. I first worked with bereaved clients with Cruse Bereavement Care. Later, I joined the Oxford Counselling Centre at which I met with clients from varied backgrounds and with a range of presenting problems.

I am a registered member of the BACP and hold an MSc Counselling. I also manage the Victims First Emotional Support Service, coordinating a team supporting victims of crime across the Thames Valley.

I am currently practicing from a central location in Bicester. If you would like to get in touch for an initial consultation, you are welcome to contact me to arrange a suitable time to meet.
